With 1Kb (128 bytes) on board, Microwire (3-wire serial) connectivity and a 1.8V ~ 5.5V operating range, it ships in the 8-SOIC package. Clock frequencies up to 2 MHz are supported. Typical applications include storing calibration data, configuration parameters, serial numbers, and small data logs in consumer, industrial, and automotive electronics.
