STMicroelectronics M24C64-FMC6TG is a 64Kb I²C serial EEPROM that retains critical data without a power supply.

The device provides 64Kb (8 KB) capacity with I²C interface, operates at 1.7V ~ 5.5V, and is available in the 8-UFDFPN (2×3 mm) package. Clock frequencies up to 1 MHz are supported. Often paired with microcontrollers to hold boot configuration, calibration values, and service or maintenance records.
