TLC59283DBQR

TLC59283DBQR is a Texas Instruments 16-channel constant-current LED sink driver in a SSOP-24 (DBQ / QSOP-24) package. It uses a serial shift register, output latch and BLANK control with data transfer up to 35 MHz. The logic supply range is 3.0 V to 5.5 V. Maximum regulated channel current is 35 mA when VCC is at or below 3.6 V and 45 mA above 3.6 V, subject to datasheet and thermal limits. An external resistor sets output current; the pre-charge FET reduces ghosting in multiplexed displays.
