ADUM1201CRZ

ADUM1201CRZ is an Analog Devices digital isolator in a SOIC-8 (R-8 narrow body) package. It provides 2 channels; 1 forward / 1 reverse and supports 25 Mbps max. The supply configuration is 2.7–5.5 V per side. The isolation withstand rating is 2500 Vrms under the UL 1577 60-second test; this test value is separate from continuous working voltage and the equipment insulation requirement. Provide separate power to each isolation domain and check the complete timing and package requirements for the application. Operating temperature: −40 to +105 °C.
