ADUM1250ARZ-RL7

ADUM1250ARZ-RL7 is an Analog Devices i2c digital isolator in a SOIC-8 (R-8 narrow body) package. It provides 2 bidirectional open-drain channels (sda / scl) and supports 1 Mbps max (I2C). The supply configuration is 3.0–5.5 V per side. The isolation withstand rating is 2500 Vrms under the UL 1577 60-second test; this test value is separate from continuous working voltage and the equipment insulation requirement. Check the pull-up resistors, Side 1/Side 2 low-level thresholds, clock stretching and bus capacitance for the intended I2C bus. Operating temperature: −40 to +105 °C.
