The 24AA02E48T-I/OT (Microchip Technology) is a 2Kb I²C EEPROM memory device for storing configuration and calibration data.

With 2Kb (256 bytes) on board, I²C connectivity and a 1.7V ~ 5.5V operating range, it ships in the SOT-23-5 package. Clock frequencies up to 400 kHz are supported. Well suited to designs that need stable parameter storage — device settings, factory calibration, and production traceability records.
