The 24CW640T-I/CS0668 (Microchip Technology) is a 64Kb I²C EEPROM memory device for storing configuration and calibration data.

It offers 64Kb of storage (8 KB), communicates over I²C, runs from a 1.6V ~ 5.5V supply, and comes in the 4-CSP package. Clock frequencies up to 1 MHz are supported. Often paired with microcontrollers to hold boot configuration, calibration values, and service or maintenance records.
