Microchip Technology 93LC46BT-I/OT is a 1Kb Microwire serial EEPROM that retains critical data without a power supply.

It offers 1Kb of storage (128 bytes), communicates over Microwire, runs from a 2.5V ~ 5.5V supply, and comes in the SOT-23-6 package. Clock frequencies up to 2 MHz are supported. A proven low-pin-count serial option for legacy and cost-sensitive designs, commonly found in appliances, instrumentation, and simple control boards.
