ADUM5401CRWZ

ADUM5401CRWZ is an Analog Devices digital isolator with integrated isolated power in a SOIC-16 (RW-16 wide body) package. It provides 4 channels; 3 forward / 1 reverse and supports 25 Mbps max. The supply configuration is 3.3 V or 5 V input; supported output combinations apply. The isolation withstand rating is 2500 Vrms under the UL 1577 60-second test; this test value is separate from continuous working voltage and the equipment insulation requirement. The device includes isolated power conversion. Available output voltage and load depend on the selected input/output configuration and temperature. Operating temperature: −40 to +105 °C.
