Microchip Technology AT24C04C-XHM-T is a 4Kb I²C serial EEPROM that retains critical data without a power supply.

The device provides 4Kb (512 bytes) capacity with I²C interface, operates at 1.7V ~ 5.5V, and is available in the 8-TSSOP package. Clock frequencies up to 1 MHz are supported. Typical applications include storing calibration data, configuration parameters, serial numbers, and small data logs in consumer, industrial, and automotive electronics.
