AT24CS08-SSHM-T

Based on an 8Kb I²C EEPROM core, the AT24CS08-SSHM-T from Microchip Technology stores important data reliably over long periods.

With 8Kb (1 KB) on board, I²C connectivity and a 1.7V ~ 5.5V operating range, it ships in the 8-SOIC package. Clock frequencies up to 1 MHz are supported. Typical applications include storing calibration data, configuration parameters, serial numbers, and small data logs in consumer, industrial, and automotive electronics.
