M95M02-DRMN6TP

The M95M02-DRMN6TP (STMicroelectronics) is a 2Mb SPI EEPROM memory device for storing configuration and calibration data.

It offers 2Mb of storage (256 KB), communicates over SPI, runs from a 1.8V ~ 5.5V supply, and comes in the 8-SOIC package. Clock frequencies up to 5 MHz are supported.
