CAT24C16TDI-GT3, from onsemi, is a 16Kb I²C EEPROM memory IC designed around reliable non-volatile storage.

It offers 16Kb of storage (2 KB), communicates over I²C, runs from a 1.7V ~ 5.5V supply, and comes in the TSOT-23-5 package. Clock frequencies up to 400 kHz are supported.
