Part AT93C46EN-SH-T is Microchip Technology’s 1Kb Microwire EEPROM, a non-volatile memory solution for data that must survive power loss.

The device provides 1Kb (128 bytes) capacity with Microwire (3-wire serial) interface, operates at 1.8V ~ 5.5V, and is available in the 8-SOIC package. Clock frequencies up to 2 MHz are supported. Well suited to designs that need stable parameter storage — device settings, factory calibration, and production traceability records.
