STMicroelectronics M24512-DRMF3TG/K is a 512Kb I²C serial EEPROM that retains critical data without a power supply.

The device provides 512Kb (64 KB) capacity with I²C interface, operates at 1.8V ~ 5.5V, and is available in the 8-MLP (2×3 mm) package. Clock frequencies up to 1 MHz are supported. Often paired with microcontrollers to hold boot configuration, calibration values, and service or maintenance records.
