AT24C04D-SSHM-T

The AT24C04D-SSHM-T is a 4Kb I²C EEPROM memory IC from Microchip Technology, built for dependable non-volatile data storage in embedded systems.

It offers 4Kb of storage (512 bytes), communicates over I²C, runs from a 1.7V ~ 3.6V supply, and comes in the 8-SOIC package. Clock frequencies up to 1 MHz are supported. Well suited to designs that need stable parameter storage — device settings, factory calibration, and production traceability records.
