The CAT24M01WI-GT3 is part of onsemi’s EEPROM product line, offering 1Mb of I²C non-volatile memory in the 8-SOIC package.

The device provides 1Mb (128 KB) capacity with I²C interface, operates at 1.8V ~ 5.5V, and is available in the 8-SOIC package. Clock frequencies up to 1 MHz are supported. Well suited to designs that need stable parameter storage — device settings, factory calibration, and production traceability records.
