AT24C01C-MAHM-T

The AT24C01C-MAHM-T is part of Microchip Technology’s EEPROM product line, offering 1Kb of I²C non-volatile memory in the 8-UDFN (2×3 mm) package.

With 1Kb (128 bytes) on board, I²C connectivity and a 1.7V ~ 5.5V operating range, it ships in the 8-UDFN (2×3 mm) package. Clock frequencies up to 1 MHz are supported. Typical applications include storing calibration data, configuration parameters, serial numbers, and small data logs in consumer, industrial, and automotive electronics.
