STMicroelectronics M24512-RMN6TP is a 512Kb I²C serial EEPROM that retains critical data without a power supply.

The device provides 512Kb (64 KB) capacity with I²C interface, operates at 1.8V ~ 5.5V, and is available in the 8-SOIC package. Clock frequencies up to 1 MHz are supported. Well suited to designs that need stable parameter storage — device settings, factory calibration, and production traceability records.
