AT24C01D-SSHM-B

The AT24C01D-SSHM-B (Microchip Technology) is a 1Kb I²C EEPROM memory device for storing configuration and calibration data.

It offers 1Kb of storage (128 bytes), communicates over I²C, runs from a 1.7V ~ 3.6V supply, and comes in the 8-SOIC package. Clock frequencies up to 1 MHz are supported. Well suited to designs that need stable parameter storage — device settings, factory calibration, and production traceability records.
