SN74LS47N

SN74LS47N is a Texas Instruments BCD-to-seven-segment decoder/driver in a PDIP-16 package. Its active-low open-collector outputs drive common-anode indicators. The device includes lamp test and ripple-blanking controls and operates from a 4.75 V to 5.25 V supply. Use external segment current limiting and verify indicator voltage and output-current conditions.
