SN74LS47DR

SN74LS47DR is a Texas Instruments BCD-to-seven-segment decoder/driver in a SOIC-16 (D narrow body) package. Its active-low open-collector outputs drive common-anode indicators. The device includes lamp test and ripple-blanking controls and operates from a 4.75 V to 5.25 V supply. Use external segment current limiting and verify indicator voltage and output-current conditions.
