PCF85176T/1Y

PCF85176T/1Y is an NXP Semiconductors segment LCD controller/driver in a TSSOP-56 (SOT364-1) package. It provides 40 segment outputs and up to four backplanes for static or low-multiplex LCD glass, with display RAM and a 400 kHz I2C interface. The logic supply range is 1.8 V to 5.5 V; the LCD supply range is 2.5 V to 6.5 V. Select the bias and multiplex configuration to match the LCD glass.
