ISO6761FDWR

ISO6761FDWR is a Texas Instruments digital isolator in a SOIC-16 (DW wide body) package. It provides 6 channels; 5 forward / 1 reverse and supports 50 Mbps max; supply-dependent. The supply configuration is 1.71–1.89 V or 2.25–5.5 V per side. The isolation withstand rating is 5000 Vrms under the UL 1577 60-second test; this test value is separate from continuous working voltage and the equipment insulation requirement. The default output is low; verify the power-up and signal-loss conditions for the intended circuit. Provide separate power to each isolation domain and check the complete timing and package requirements for the application. Operating temperature: -40 to +125 °C.
