ISO7741FDWR

ISO7741FDWR is a Texas Instruments digital isolator in a SOIC-16 (DW wide body) package. It provides 4 channels; 3 forward / 1 reverse and supports 100 Mbps max. The supply configuration is 2.25–5.5 V per side. The isolation withstand rating is 5000 Vrms under the UL 1577 60-second test; this test value is separate from continuous working voltage and the equipment insulation requirement. The default output is low; verify the power-up and signal-loss conditions for the intended circuit. Provide separate power to each isolation domain and check the complete timing and package requirements for the application. Operating temperature: -55 to +125 °C.
