ISOW7741DFMR

ISOW7741DFMR is a Texas Instruments digital isolator with integrated isolated power in a SOIC-20 (DFM wide body) package. It provides 4 channels; 3 forward / 1 reverse and supports 100 Mbps max. The supply configuration is VIO: 1.71–5.5 V; converter VDD: 3.0–5.5 V. The isolation withstand rating is 5000 Vrms under the UL 1577 60-second test; this test value is separate from continuous working voltage and the equipment insulation requirement. The default output is high; verify the power-up and signal-loss conditions for the intended circuit. The device includes isolated power conversion. Available output voltage and load depend on the selected input/output configuration and temperature. Operating temperature: -40 to +125 °C.
