ISO6721RBQDRQ1 is a Texas Instruments digital isolator in a SOIC-8 (D narrow body) package. It provides 2 channels; 1 forward / 1 reverse and supports 50 Mbps max; supply-dependent. The supply voltage range is 1.71–1.89 V or 2.25–5.5 V per side. The isolation withstand rating is 3000 Vrms for the UL 1577 60-second test. Check the continuous working voltage and insulation requirements separately. The fail-safe default output is high; check the power and enable conditions in the datasheet. Provide separate power to each isolation domain. Operating temperature: -40 to +125 °C.
