ISO6721RFBQDRQ1 is a Texas Instruments digital isolator in a SOIC-8 (D narrow body) package. It provides 2 channels; 1 forward / 1 reverse and supports 50 Mbps max; supply-dependent. The supply voltage range is 1.71–1.89 V or 2.25–5.5 V per side. The isolation withstand rating is 3000 Vrms for the UL 1577 60-second test.
