ADUM1412BRWZ-RL is an Analog Devices digital isolator in a SOIC-16 (RW-16 wide body) package. It provides 4 channels; 2 forward / 2 reverse and supports 10 Mbps max. The supply configuration is 2.7–5.5 V per side. The isolation withstand rating is 2500 Vrms under the UL 1577 60-second test; this test value is separate from continuous working voltage and the equipment insulation requirement. The default output is programmable by control pins; verify the power-up and signal-loss conditions for the intended circuit. Provide separate power to each isolation domain and check the complete timing and package requirements for the application. Operating temperature: −40 to +105 °C.
