AT24CM01-XHD-T

Based on a 1Mb I²C EEPROM core, the AT24CM01-XHD-T from Microchip Technology stores important data reliably over long periods.

The device provides 1Mb (128 KB) capacity with I²C interface, operates at 2.5V ~ 5.5V, and is available in the 8-TSSOP package. Clock frequencies up to 1 MHz are supported. Typical applications include storing calibration data, configuration parameters, serial numbers, and small data logs in consumer, industrial, and automotive electronics.
