AT25M02-SSHD-T

Microchip Technology AT25M02-SSHD-T is a 2Mb SPI serial EEPROM that retains critical data without a power supply.

It offers 2Mb of storage (256 KB), communicates over SPI, runs from a 2.5V ~ 5.5V supply, and comes in the 8-SOIC package. Clock frequencies up to 5 MHz are supported. Its high clock capability suits programmable logic, metering, and communication modules that update non-volatile data frequently.
