CAT24C08C4ATR

The CAT24C08C4ATR (onsemi) is an 8Kb I²C EEPROM memory device for storing configuration and calibration data.

Specifications include 8Kb (1 KB) of memory, I²C interface, 1.7V ~ 5.5V supply range, and the 4-WLCSP (0.84×0.86 mm) footprint. Clock frequencies up to 400 kHz are supported. Well suited to designs that need stable parameter storage — device settings, factory calibration, and production traceability records.
