Based on a 4Kb 1-Wire® EEPROM core, the DS24B33S+T&R from Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated stores important data reliably over long periods.

The device provides 4Kb (512 bytes) capacity with 1-Wire® interface, operates at 2.8V ~ 5.25V, and is available in the 8-SOIC package. Well suited to designs that need stable parameter storage — device settings, factory calibration, and production traceability records.
