The device provides 20Kb (2.5 KB) capacity with 1-Wire® interface, operates at 4V – 5.25V, and is available in the TQFN-8 package. Typical applications include storing calibration data, configuration parameters, serial numbers, and small data logs in consumer, industrial, and automotive electronics.
