ISO7041DBQ

ISO7041DBQ is a Texas Instruments digital isolator in a SSOP-16 (DBQ / QSOP-16) package. It provides 4 channels; 3 forward / 1 reverse and supports 4 Mbps max; supply-dependent. The supply configuration is 1.71–1.89 V or 2.25–5.5 V per side. The isolation withstand rating is 3000 Vrms under the UL 1577 60-second test; this test value is separate from continuous working voltage and the equipment insulation requirement. The default output is high; verify the power-up and signal-loss conditions for the intended circuit. Provide separate power to each isolation domain and check the complete timing and package requirements for the application. Operating temperature: −55 to +105 °C at 1.8 V; −55 to +125 °C at 2.25–5.5 V.
