M24256-BFMC6TG — a 256Kb I²C EEPROM from STMicroelectronics — provides storage that keeps its contents when power is removed.

With 256Kb (32 KB) on board, I²C connectivity and a 1.7V ~ 5.5V operating range, it ships in the 8-UFDFPN (2×3 mm) package. Clock frequencies up to 1 MHz are supported. Typical applications include storing calibration data, configuration parameters, serial numbers, and small data logs in consumer, industrial, and automotive electronics.
