The M24C16-WMN6TP is a 16Kb I²C EEPROM memory IC from STMicroelectronics, built for dependable non-volatile data storage in embedded systems.

It offers 16Kb of storage (2 KB), communicates over I²C, runs from a 2.5V ~ 5.5V supply, and comes in the 8-SO package. Clock frequencies up to 400 kHz are supported.
