The M95P32-IXCST/EF (STMicroelectronics) is a 32Mb quad-SPI EEPROM memory device for storing configuration and calibration data.
It offers 32Mb of storage (4 MB), communicates over quad-I/O SPI, runs from a 1.6V ~ 3.6V supply, and comes in the 8-WLCSP (2.61×1.53 mm) package. Clock frequencies up to 80 MHz are supported. The quad-I/O interface delivers high read throughput, making it a strong fit for code shadowing and large configuration datasets.
