Part M95P32-IXMNT/E is STMicroelectronics’ 32Mb SPI EEPROM, a non-volatile memory solution for data that must survive power loss.

It offers 32Mb of storage (4 MB), communicates over SPI, runs from a 1.6V ~ 3.6V supply, and comes in the 8-SO package. Clock frequencies up to 80 MHz are supported. Its high clock capability suits programmable logic, metering, and communication modules that update non-volatile data frequently.
