Part M93C46-WDW6TP is STMicroelectronics’ 1Kb Microwire EEPROM, a non-volatile memory solution for data that must survive power loss.

The device provides 1Kb (128 bytes) capacity with Microwire interface, operates at 2.5V ~ 5.5V, and is available in the 8-TSSOP package. Clock frequencies up to 2 MHz are supported. A proven low-pin-count serial option for legacy and cost-sensitive designs, commonly found in appliances, instrumentation, and simple control boards.
