M24C02-RDW6TP, from STMicroelectronics, is a 2Kb I²C EEPROM memory IC designed around reliable non-volatile storage.

It offers 2Kb of storage (256 bytes), communicates over I²C, runs from a 1.8V ~ 5.5V supply, and comes in the 8-TSSOP package. Clock frequencies up to 400 kHz are supported. Well suited to designs that need stable parameter storage — device settings, factory calibration, and production traceability records.
