Microchip Technology 24AA08T-I/OT is an 8Kb I²C serial EEPROM that retains critical data without a power supply.

With 8Kb (1 KB) on board, I²C connectivity and a 1.7V ~ 5.5V operating range, it ships in the SOT-23-5 package. Clock frequencies up to 400 kHz are supported. Well suited to designs that need stable parameter storage — device settings, factory calibration, and production traceability records.
