M24512-RDW6TP — a 512Kb I²C EEPROM from STMicroelectronics — provides storage that keeps its contents when power is removed.

It offers 512Kb of storage (64 KB), communicates over I²C, runs from a 1.8V ~ 5.5V supply, and comes in the 8-TSSOP package. Clock frequencies up to 1 MHz are supported. Often paired with microcontrollers to hold boot configuration, calibration values, and service or maintenance records.
