ISO7831FDWR

ISO7831FDWR is a Texas Instruments digital isolator in a SOIC-16 (DW wide body) package. It provides 3 channels; 2 forward / 1 reverse and supports 100 Mbps max. The supply voltage range is 2.25–5.5 V per side. The isolation withstand rating is 5700 Vrms for the UL 1577 60-second test. Check the continuous working voltage and insulation requirements separately. The fail-safe default output is low; check the power and enable conditions in the datasheet. Provide separate power to each isolation domain. Operating temperature: -55 to +125 °C.
