24LC64T-I/OT — a 64Kb I²C EEPROM from Microchip Technology — provides storage that keeps its contents when power is removed.

The device provides 64Kb (8 KB) capacity with I²C interface, operates at 2.5V ~ 5.5V, and is available in the SOT-23-5 package. Clock frequencies up to 400 kHz are supported. Well suited to designs that need stable parameter storage — device settings, factory calibration, and production traceability records.
